Cyndi has over 18 years experience as a corporate real estate broker. Originally hailing from Dallas, TX, she is co-owner of Priority One Commercial and also manages the leasing and marketing of various commercial real estate development firms in the Las Vegas Valley. She enjoys working with a diverse range of clients and the challenge of matching each client to the right property.

Holly Shayka, Sales Agent
With 31 years of experience in the real estate industry, Holly Shayka joined Priority One Commercial in 1998. Currently working as a Sales Agent for Priority One Commercial, Holly specializes in the Leasing and Sales of Commercial Real Estate Property in the Las Vegas valley. In this role Holly represents the Tenant and the Landlord as appropriate, by brokering lease agreements and coordinating the process to a mutually agreed upon contract. Tenants range from physicians, dentists, attorneys, mortgage brokers, accountants, developers and financial investors.

Brandon McCool, Sales Agent
A local Las Vegas resident since 1987, Brandon started property management in Las Vegas at 17 years old, as an assistant property manager for a local Commercial Real Estate Developer. Joining Priority One Commercial in 1997, Brandon oversaw the leasing and sales of over 300,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, ranging from Office, Industrial and Retail. Currently he represents and negotiates deal points for both Landlords and Tenants, coordinates Lease/Sale transactions, and conducts in-depth market analysis to educate clients on the current market conditions.
