About Us

Priority One Commercial is a Las Vegas real estate brokerage firm specializing in commercial leasing and sales. Since 1993, our mission was to provide customized client services by matching the right client with the right property.

Fourteen years later, that's still our number-one priority. As a growth strategy, it's also helped Priority One Commercial carve out a specialty niche in the local marketplace. With eight staff members, the firm is instrumental in planning and marketing commercial subdivisions, and sales, efficient in leasing office, industrial, retail projects, and selling of semi custom homes. Most of our clients are repeat customers and or outside referrals for leasing and sales.

Among the first properties leased by the firm were small executive offices in the Magna Office Park and Lakes Business Park. Now its client list range from general and medical office properties, including Sky View Business Park, Fountain View Business Park, Whitney Ranch Business Park and Legacy Business Park. Industrial, projects included are Harmon Business Park, Cameron East and West Business Parks. Retail project includes Whitney Ranch Business Park. Current new projects for the year for the company are Silver State Corp. building at Lakes Business Park on west Sahara east of Rampart, and South Rainbow Business Park, a 44,000 square foot newly developed office units for lease or sale on the corner of Oquendo and South Rainbow.
